AI Workspace Setup

One hour. Your business AI workspace, set up with you.

You know AI could probably help your business. The hard part is knowing where to start, what tools to use, and how to connect AI to the way your business actually works.

This is a paid one-on-one working session with Albert LaScola. We set up a practical AI workspace on your machine, organize your business knowledge, talk through your pain points, and build one real workflow together before you log off.

This is not a tutorial. This is not a sales pitch. This is a working system you understand because we built it side by side. Over time, your workspace becomes the AI operating system for your business.

$250

1 hour, one-on-one, on your machine

Payment required to book. Non-refundable. Most owners need 2 to 4 sessions to finish the build.

Most owners use the first session to get set up, then book additional sessions as needed to build out the workflows that matter most.

What we build together

Your business knowledge, turned into a system AI can actually use.

In this session, we start turning your business knowledge into a system AI can actually use. That may include your services, pricing logic, customer messages, estimates, proposals, standard operating procedures, documents, notes, sales process, admin tasks, or the things that currently live only in your head.

The goal is not to chase the newest AI trend. The goal is to help your business move faster, communicate better, document what you know, and reduce the number of things that depend entirely on you.

The deliverable

What you walk away with after one hour.

  • Your own AI workspace

We set up the right workspace for your situation and organize it around your actual business. This could include tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, project folders, documents, prompts, workflows, and structured business context.

  • Your business knowledge organized

We start capturing the way you think, write, estimate, respond, plan, and operate so AI has useful context instead of generic instructions.

  • One real workflow you can use

We build one practical workflow together. Examples include drafting customer replies, writing estimates or proposals, organizing job notes, creating service descriptions, building a quoting assistant, turning scattered notes into SOPs, planning content or marketing, or creating an internal knowledge base.

  • A plain-English next step map

You leave knowing what we built, how to use it, what to practice, and what we would improve next if you continue.

Where this can go

One workspace, many possible workflows.

The first session gets the foundation in place. From there, your AI workspace can grow into a larger business system. Future sessions can help you build:

  • · A repeatable quoting or proposal workflow
  • · A customer intake system
  • · Internal SOPs and training documents
  • · A sales and follow-up assistant
  • · A content and marketing workflow
  • · A business knowledge base
  • · AI-supported admin workflows
  • · Client-facing automation ideas
  • · A foundation for offering AI-enabled services to your own customers

For some owners, this becomes a better way to run their own business.

For others, it becomes the beginning of a new service offering they can sell to clients.

Either way, the process starts the same way: build something real, understand how it works, and improve it one workflow at a time.

How the hour works

No mystery. Here is the actual flow.

  1. 01 · Before the call

You book the session and receive a short prep email. Bring your laptop, a real business problem, and any documents, notes, examples, or processes you want to work with.

  2. 02 · First 10 minutes

We talk through your business in plain English. What you do, who you serve, what takes too much time, and where AI could realistically help.

  3. 03 · The middle of the session

We set up your workspace, organize your business context, and start building around one useful workflow. I explain what we are doing as we go so you understand the system instead of just watching me click around.

  4. 04 · Last 10 minutes

We test what we built, clean it up, and write down what to do next.

  5. 05 · After the session

You receive a short follow-up with the main things to try, what we completed, and what would make sense to build next.

Good fit

This is a good fit if you are.

  • · A small business owner, contractor, consultant, or operator
  • · Feeling behind on AI but ready to learn
  • · Tired of hype videos and vague advice
  • · Running a business where too much knowledge lives in your head
  • · Looking for practical workflows, not theory
  • · Willing to sit down for one focused hour and build

Not for

This is not a good fit if you want.

  • · A generic AI lecture
  • · A magic button that replaces your team
  • · Someone to build everything for you while you watch
  • · Beginner computer help like logging into accounts or using a browser
  • · A $30,000 strategy deck with no working system behind it

Why me

Who is on the other end of the session.

I am Albert LaScola, owner of Bulwark Black LLC and Rural Tech and Support.

My background includes the U.S. Navy submarine force, cybersecurity detection and response work at VMware, technical instruction at Western Washington University, and building my own software and AI-assisted business systems.

I use these workflows in my own business to build products, organize knowledge, write documentation, plan services, support clients, and move faster without losing control of the work.

I am not here to overwhelm you with hype. I am here to help you build something useful.
